Filled where the work is
An FLHA, toolbox talk, or inspection opens from the crew member's private link. Photos come off the camera; sign-ons are drawn with a finger or typed. No signal required — the form neither knows nor cares.

Offline-first, honestly
The field app runs from a private access link and keeps working with no signal. Records, photos, and sign-ons queue on the phone with a visible status — waiting, synced, or needs attention — and drafts autosave as crews type.
Sign-ons that hold up
Crews sign with a finger on a signature pad, or type their full name where gloves win — with a 🎙 dictate button on the long answers. Every sign-on records who and when, and can carry an optional GPS stamp: audit-grade evidence, never a surveillance trail, never required.
Photos as evidence
Photo fields capture straight from the camera — up to four per field — and ride the same offline queue as the record. They upload before the record syncs, so evidence and record land together.
Templates your admin builds
FLHA, toolbox talk, inspection, incident, or anything custom — built in the app by your own admin, with eighteen ready-made toolbox talk topics to read aloud when the morning needs one. Every filled record keeps the form version it was filled with, forever.
Certifications, banded
Crew tickets tracked against Alberta's common set — H2S Alive, First Aid, CSTS-2020, Ground Disturbance, WHMIS, TDG, Fall Protection, Confined Space — banded at 90 days, 30 days, and expired, with alerts fanned out to your channels.
Corrections, on the record
Records are append-only. A mistake becomes a new record linked to the one it corrects — the original stays exactly as filled, which is precisely what an auditor wants to see.
The fix-it loop, closed
Any finding becomes a corrective action: assigned, due-dated, and visible — flagged OVERDUE when the date passes — until someone closes it with a written note of what was done. A logged equipment defect opens one automatically. Open loops are the number-one audit score killer; here they can't hide.
Incidents start the clocks
Anyone on the crew can report an incident from their phone. An injury starts the WCB 72-hour report as a due-dated task, a serious event puts the phone-OHS-now checklist on screen, and the admins are emailed the same minute. The deadline is never something somebody had to remember.
Read-&-sign documents
Publish the handbook or a safe work practice; it sits on every worker's home screen until they sign it — one named, dated acknowledgment per person, ever. You see the matrix of who has and hasn't.
Equipment log books
Every crane, picker, and machine gets a permanent log book — hours, inspections, defects, repairs — append-only for the life of the unit, exportable, and built to transfer with the iron when it sells.
Visitors sign themselves in
A QR at the gate. Visitors and subcontractors open it on their own phone — no app, no login, no cap — read the site notice, and sign in. Every scan is a dated orientation record.
